Granova accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, undamaged, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Non-returnable items include opened personal-care products, cosmetics, underwear, custom items, perishables, gift cards, and final-sale items.

Damaged, defective, missing, or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours with photos. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–14 business days. Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to Granova’s error.
